This liquor-forward Scotch cocktail encapsulates Acadian-inspired flavours including maple whiskey and a balsam-fir syrup, creating a perfectly balanced drink with forest-y feel. It’s best sipped fireside on a cold winter night.

1 tsp (5 mL) green Chartreuse
1 dash Bittered Sling Moondog Bitters
