The Boreal Cotton-Candy Cocktail

BorealCottonCandyCocktail

The aroma of balsam fir tips conjures memories of a walk through the woods. So it’s pretty surprising that the flavour of the syrup in this frothy drink is more likely to remind you of cotton candy. Balsam Fir syrup is a must-try for die-hard locavores and foraged-goods fans. Balsam Fir grows abundantly all over Canada in dense forests such as The Boreal Forest. Not a forager? Don’t fret, you can order balsam fir tips online.
